The role involves managing organizational change efforts associated with business and digital transformation, including analyzing change impacts, identifying change advocates and resistance, and developing mitigation strategies, adoption roadmaps, communications, coaching, and training plans. Working in close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders, this individual leads change management and communications initiatives, provides advice and guidance to employees and leaders, and establishes change management best practices that enable successful adoption of new ways of working aligned with business objectives, strategic planning, and organizational readiness.</span></p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED</strong><p><span><strong>Education, Certifications and Licenses</strong> </span></p> <p><span>Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Leadership Studies or a related discipline AND several years of experience in a related field</span></p> <p><span><strong>Experience</strong> </span></p> <p><span>In managing organizational change efforts and activities</span></p> <p><span>In business management theories, practices, principles and standards</span></p> <p><span>In designing and developing communications</span></p> <p><span>In business relationship and stakeholder management</span></p> <p><span>In business and strategic planning</span></p> <p><span>In business needs analysis</span></p> <p><span>In providing advice and guidance</span></p> <p><span>In project management</span></p> <p><span>In budget administration</span></p> <p><span>In industry related software</span></p> <p><span><strong>Competencies, Skills and Abilities</strong></span></p> <p><span>Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership. </span></p><strong>LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS</strong><p><span>English or French Essential, Bilingual (English and French) an asset</span></p> <p><span>Reading: Advanced</span></p> <p><span>Writing: Functional</span></p> <p><span>Oral: Advanced</span></p><strong>BENEFITS AVAILABLE</strong><p><span><strong>Health Benefits:</strong> Drug coverage, healthcare spending a- Location Ottawa, ON
