We provide a diverse range of roles across many locations and a career where you can make a meaningful impact.</span></p><strong>THE ROLE</strong><p><span>As an enterprise Project Manager, you will lead enterprise-level initiatives that support CFMWS strategic priorities. Current focus areas include Position Management and Organizational Design initiatives. Leveraging our established Project Management Framework, you will manage projects from initiation to close, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder needs and organizational outcomes. </span></p> <p><span>You will define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals. You will plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, and track and manage project risks. You will evaluate trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk and stakeholder value, as well as provide recommendations on the way forward. In addition, the enterprise Project Manager estimates resources and competencies needed to achieve project goals, negotiating with the business for the engagement of resources. You develop full-scale project plans, status reports, communication documents and budgets. You liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and assist the project team by assigning tasks and responsibilities. This is an expert role, working with a team, where you will exercise your knowledge and skills daily. If you are passionate about HR transformation, governance, policy/program implementation, organizational change and want to be part of a team who is becoming the orchestrator of innovation, this is the opportunity for you. </span></p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED</strong><p><span><strong><span>Education, Certifications and Licenses</span></strong> </span></p> <p><span>College diploma or certificate in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field AND several years of progressive management experience in a related field or relevant industry </span></p> <p><span>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification </span></p> <p><span><strong><span>Experience</span></strong> </span></p> <p><span>In project resource planning, prioritization, reporting and budget management </span></p> <p><span>In managing enterprise-level, corporate projects and programs </span></p> <p><span>In project scope, change, risk and issue management </span></p> <p><span>In vendor management and Request for Proposal (RFP) development (as applicable) </span></p> <p><span>In project audit, governance and performance monitoring </span></p> <p><span>In business analysis, requirements definition and solution development </span></p> <p><span><strong>Assets:</strong> </span></p> <p><span>Experience in HR transformation (e.g., position management, organizational design) </span></p> <p><span>- Location Ottawa, ON
