*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and landscaping, with the ability to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves hands-on work in various gardening tasks, ensuring that gardens and landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and aesthetically pleasing. *Duties* * Perform landscape maintenance including planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching to enhance the beauty of gardens. * Utilize hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for various gardening tasks. * Operate power tools like trimmers, and blowers to maintain clean and tidy outdoor areas. * Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases that may affect the garden. * Collaborate with team members to plan garden layouts and select appropriate plant species for different environments. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use. *Skills* * Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques to ensure optimal plant care * Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening for efficient task execution. * Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in various gardening applications. * Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics in garden design. * Good physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks over extended periods. * Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
