Proven reliable employees will receive standby pay for snow removal and an opportunity to grow their role and earning potential. Let us help you reach your goals for your future. Resonsiblities include, but are not limited to: * Being safe, respectful and friendly! * Operating lawn mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers * Hedge and shrub trimming and pruning * Weeding garden beds * Installing mulch and triple mix to garden beds * Installing sod (stripping old lawn, laying new sod) * Planting trees, shrubs and flowers * The ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Critical thinking and problem solving * Attention to detail Requirements: * Safety boots/shoes * G Licence preferred but not hard requirement * Ability to stay on your feet for 8-10 hour days Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 ? 44 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
