Kemptville District Hospital is seeking a Health Information Management Professional to join our growing team, on a permanent part-time basis.

*Qualifications*
* Health Information Professional Diploma or equivalent; Health Record Administrator or Health Record Technician Diploma from an accredited college;
* Two years? experience as a Health Information Professional;
* Current registration with Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA);
* Working knowledge of privacy legislation;
* NACRS and DAD coding experience;
* Experience with an EMR Coding Software (an asset);
* Computer literacy and competency;
* Commitment to continuing education;
* Office and filing skills;
* Excellent interpersonal skills.

*Please note:* In order to work in a healthcare facility, the Public Hospitals Act 1990, Regulation 965 requires all employees to provide proof of up-to-date immunization/vaccines for the following diseases: Tuberculin Skin Testing (TB), Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/Diphtheria (DTap), Influenza (during flu season) and three COVID shots. ??This proof must be provided to our Occupational Health Office in order to be cleared to work.
