The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods, all while upholding company policies and industry standards.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and evaluate new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements, secure competitive pricing, and ensure timely delivery of products.</li><li>Build and nurture positive relationships with suppliers, facilitating smooth communication and prompt issue resolution.</li><li>Analyze procurement costs and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Conduct regular market testing of key procurement items and track cost savings and cost avoidance.</li><li>Oversee the accuracy of invoicing and ensure proper entry of bills into the system.</li><li>Ensure all purchased materials and services meet quality standards and align with specifications.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.</li><li>Organize and maintain manuals, documentation, and historical purchase records for future reference.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to make well-informed purchasing decisions.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Exceptional multitasking abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong time management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based research tools.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and business principles is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with grocery operations or similar industries is advantageous.</li><li>High level of integrity and discretion in handling business and employee matters.</li><li>Fluent in both written and oral Russian.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>Training & Development:</strong></p><p>Successful candidates will receive comprehensive on-site training to support their professional growth and smooth integration into our team.</p></div>Company Description<div>Join the dynamic team at Freshburg Corp, a European-based chain of budget grocery stores committed to delivering affordable products worldwide.
