Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment. Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services. Provide customer service. Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recommend products or services to customers. Identify customers' needs . Personal suitability: Efficiency. Efficient interpersonal skills. Team player. Excellent oral communication. Ability to multitask. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
