<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><b><strong>LMT Property Care</strong></b></p><p><i><em>A Division of Lil Miss Tinter</em></i></p><p>Position Overview</p><p>LMT Property Care is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Property Care Technician & Sales Representative to help grow our premium exterior glass cleaning division.</p><p>This position combines hands-on property care services with customer service, lead generation, and sales support. Successful applicants will enjoy working outdoors, interacting with homeowners and business owners, and taking pride in delivering exceptional results.</p><p><br /></p><p>This role offers opportunities for advancement as the division grows throughout Saskatchewan.</p><p>Primary Responsibilities</p><p>Property Care Services</p><ul><li>Exterior window cleaning</li><li>Glass deck railing cleaning</li><li>Sunroom glass cleaning</li><li>Commercial glass cleaning</li><li>Property inspections</li><li>Equipment setup and maintenance</li><li>Before and after photo documentation</li><li>Job site cleanup and organization</li></ul><p>Customer Service</p><ul><li>Communicate professionally with customers</li><li>Conduct final walkthroughs</li><li>Answer customer questions</li><li>Address concerns professionally</li><li>Maintain company service standards</li></ul><p>Lead Generation & Sales Support</p><ul><li><b><strong>Distribute flyers in assigned areas</strong></b></li><li><b><strong>Participate in door-to-door marketing campaigns</strong></b></li><li>Generate residential and commercial leads</li><li>Book consultations when appropriate</li><li>Identify upsell opportunities</li><li>Support local marketing initiatives</li></ul><p><b><strong>Lil Miss Tinter Support</strong></b></p><p>When required, team members may assist with:</p><ul><li>Property consultations for window tinting</li><li>Measuring windows</li><li>Customer appointments</li><li>Lead follow-up</li><li>Administrative support</li><li>Additional company services</li></ul><p>No tinting experience is required.
