*Job Summary* We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with various accounting tasks. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles. The Accounting Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. *Duties* * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. * Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records. * Assist in payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy in employee compensation. * Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement in financial reporting. * Support budgeting processes by providing necessary data and insights to assist in financial planning. * Maintain organized financial documents and records for easy retrieval and audit purposes. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounting-related inquiries or issues. *Requirements* * General Accounting or CPA designation required * Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting. * Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis is required. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately. * A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will also be considered.
