We are currently seeking qualified applicants for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers with our Structures teams to join our growing crew of dedicated aviation professionals supporting Air Borealis maintenance operations. Our Operations: Air Borealis Flight Line: Daily line maintenance support for Labrador Our Flight Line Maintenance involves all maintenance checks and repairs carried out in the flight line, i.e. between flights or overnights. The work done by our Flight Line team includes layover checks up to heavy check, expert troubleshooting, engine changes, and propeller replacements.Our base is located in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL . Qualifications & Skills: Required: Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or have equivalent experience through a program such as ICS; Preferred: S license or equivalent rating. Experience in flight line operations would be considered an asset;Experience on the following aircraft is preferred:Twin Otter The ability to work both independently and in a team environment; Troubleshooting skills; Must possess strong interpersonal, decision-making, organization and communication skills; and Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations. Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
