SummaryWhat your day will look like as an Assigned Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) :Assigned Mechanics report to the Maintenance Manager. All assigned mechanics will supervise and control the maintenance activities of the respective aircraft. Assigned mechanics are assigned to one or several aircrafts to assure the responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesAdhere to Company policies and proceduresPerform assigned inspections, maintenance, and repair in accordance with the established procedures, and the appropriate technical referencesTranscribe required work items to appropriate work documentsEnsure that certifications and associated paperwork are properly completedEnsure that procedures specified in appropriate manuals are complied withEnsure that approved equipment and materials are utilized and a high standard of workmanship is maintainedReport unserviceable maintenance equipment to the immediate supervisorAssist in the instruction of the job training for learner mechanicsEnsure that safety precautions are being observed by learners, mechanics, etc. on assigned activitiesBe available to travel from time to time in support of customer aircraftBe available to work shifts as needed during major projectsReview timecardApply 6s regulationsAttend required trainingRequirementsHold a valid AME license category M2 with approx.10 yearsBe available to work shifts as needed during major projects;Sound troubleshooting and analytical skillsSufficient computer skills to enable interrogation and downloading of information from aircraft and their engines utilizing a PCCustomer service oriented with ability to perform under pressureGood communicator (French-English)Successful completion of a Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Technical training program AME license category M1 & M2Line maintenance operations environmentAbility to perform under pressure and Possess good organizational skillsTeam-player, Professional, flexible, and self-motivated & Strong interest in learning and respecting proceduresAt Execaire Aviation, your career journey matters.Our careers culture is fueled by innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
