In this role, you will drive the development of near-term quantum applications tailored to our bosonic hardware platform. You will engage with industrial and academic partners to identify high-value use cases, benchmark them via simulation and hardware execution, and help define how our technology delivers practical utility.</p><p>Your work will span from quantum algorithm design to compilation, optimization, and simulation, in close collaboration with both internal experimental teams and external stakeholders. You will contribute to developing new hybrid continuous-variable/discrete-variable (CV-DV) quantum algorithms that match our platform?s unique strengths.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to and lead internal projects focused on quantum applications for domains such as chemistry, materials science optimization and other.</li><li>Develop and adapt algorithms for our bosonic qubit platform, including hybrid CV-DV methods.</li><li>? Compile high-level quantum circuits down to pulse-level representations and contribute to running experiments on hardware in close collaboration with the experimental team.</li><li>Simulate quantum circuits under realistic noise models using internal tools for performance/resource es- Location Sherbrooke, QC
