<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Assignment Duration : 6 Months Contract with Possible Extension</p><p>Shift Time: 7:30am to 4:00pm</p><p>Fully Onsite Role</p><p><strong>Top 5 skills:</strong></p><ul><li>2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Ability to multi-task and good organization skills.</li><li>Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2-5 years of experience as an NPI Technician or similar role in <strong>a manufacturing environment</strong></li><li>Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and interpret test data</li><li>Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment, including multimeters, etc.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean principles</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical training and support to Manufacturing during product release</li><li>Perform thorough inspection and testing on all Proto builds and document any issues</li><li>Failure analysis and repair as required</li><li>Work closely with Test Engineer and Software Programmer teams on new product releases</li><li>Mechanical & electrical assembly of PCB assemblies during the NPI phase</li><li>Final assembly and shipping of products</li><li>Material handling</li><li>Initiate process improvements</li></ul><p> </p></div>Company Description<div>Opusing is a 100% Minority-owned and diversity-certified Digital Transformation and staffing firm that empowers startups, businesses, and corporations to leverage the power of Technology and Manpower to trigger unstoppable growth.
