About the Company The Finance Manager will provide leadership and hands-on support to the finance department, managing full-cycle accounting tasks in collaboration with the Finance Partner and other members of our client's law firm. This role is essential to ensuring the financial sustainability of the firm and its contribution to advancing the practice of Aboriginal law. About the RoleOversee all financial operations, including planning, resourcing, and staff training. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations, reports, and filings. Measure, review, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Manage cash flow by tracking spending against the approved annual budget. Provide annual review calculations for billing rates, salaries, targets, and bonuses. Knowledgeable in all accounting processes, budgeting, and financial leadership functions.
