We provide a diverse range of roles across many locations and a career where you can make a meaningful impact.</span></p><strong>THE ROLE</strong><p><span><strong>Reporting to:</strong> Senior Manager, IM/IT Products</span></p> <p><span><strong>Overview:</strong> The Senior Business Analyst will be part of digital product team supporting SISIP Financial's digital transformation. </span><span>As an IM/IT Senior Business Analyst, you develop information management and information technology (IM/IT) solutions for SISIP Financial's client and advisor applications by documenting business objectives, user requirements, technical specifications and statements of work. You research and evaluate business and technical requirements, and participate in the development of technology roadmaps. <span>You provide subject matter expertise on fintech and insurtech industry trends and standards</span></span></p> <p><span>The IM/IT Senior Business Analyst prepares feasibility studies, business cases, and cost-benefit analysis, and provides recommendations on build-versus-buy options. You liaise with colleagues to develop system designs and project plans, functional specifications, technical specifications and testing plans. You review the usability of solutions prior to development and redesign business processes, if required. </span></p> <p><span>This is an expert role, working with a team, where you will exercise your knowledge and skills daily. If you are passionate about technology and want to be part of a team who is becoming the orchestrator of digital innovation, this is the opportunity for you.</span></p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED</strong><p><strong><span>Education, Certifications and Licenses</span></strong></p> <p><span> College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field </span></p> <p><strong><span>Experience</span></strong></p> <p><span>In Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, upgrades and customization.</span></p> <p><span>In Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service and Customer Engagement)</span></p> <p><span>In finance and insurance industry technologies</span></p> <div><span>In working on Microsoft Power Pages and Power Platform</span></div> <p><span>In business process Analysis, system implementation and CRM solutions</span></p> <p><span>In developing functional specifications, use cases and process flow diagrams.</span></p> <p><span>In collaborating with diverse stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to gather define and prioritize requirements. </span></p> <p><span>In requirement and scope management - writing requirements in DevOps, developing acceptance criteria </span></p> <p><span>in working closely with developers and technical teams to ensure proper configuration</span><- LocationOttawa, ON
