Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Noisy. Odours. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Tasks: Schedule work. Monitor quality and production levels. Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Organized. Reliability. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Veterans: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans .
