The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that all patrons enjoy their time at our establishment. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. * Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Assist in inventory management by tracking drink supplies and notifying management when stock is low. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with patrons. * Previous bartending experience or knowledge of bartending techniques is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with food service operations in the food industry (Serving it Right certificate). * Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and cash management. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and work as part of a team.
