Foothills Creamery is committed to growing our passionate and friendly staff, providing excellent customer service, and producing the highest quality ice cream and dairy products for Canadians. *The Role:* The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will professionally engage and interact with stakeholders, customers, and prospects to provide information, support, and the highest standard of customer service on an ongoing basis. This position is responsible for the efficient managing of visitors, customers, telephone calls, messages, and mail. They are the main contact for Customer Service for all customers across Western Canada. The CSR is accountable for solving customer concerns, inquiries, processing transactions, and a variety of administrative duties in the daily operation of the Foothills Creamery (FHC) business. *What You?ll Do:* * Process incoming orders from a variety of sources (Phone, Email, Web-Based) and accept payment through credit or debit transactions * Manage the FHC systems to accurately enter information to ensure other departments can complete the order & delivery process * Serve as the primary contact for Customer Support for all customers in Western Canada * Provide solutions and work with customers to resolve any concerns or issues and escalate issues when required * Inform customers on any promotions or new products as part of the order taking process * Ensure the communication of policies and procedures occur with External customers * Follow FHC?s ?Order to Delivery? process from start to finish to ensure transactions are completed properly * Regularly monitor customers accounts to avoid any outstanding orders * Print pick tickets, verify orders and print invoices for Shipping & Delivery teams * Other administrative duties as required *What You?ll Need:* * Post Secondary Degree * 3 years of experience in a Customer Service Role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office ? advanced knowledge in Excel * Familiarity with ERP systems ? knowledge of SAGE is an asset *What You?ll Bring:* * Demonstrated ability to work with customers over the phone and manage issue resolution * Quality focused mindset to ensure customers are working with the best * Positive communication skills both written and verbal * Great attitude to collaborate as a team with other departments *Benefits and Perks:* * Competitive wages * Comprehensive health benefits (extended health, dental, prescription) and health spending account * Company matching Pension Plan * Multiple opportunities to grow your career * Participation in committees and company events * Free premium ice cream and butter products every month!
