Job Title: Early Childhood Educator(ECE) Wage: $17-21/hour plus WEAbout Us:Blossom Valley is dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education. We believe in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. We are currently seeking a passionate, kind, and driven Educators to join our team. Our play based philosophy of learning through play, merged with the principles of emergent curriculum and child led play are the core elements of our practice. Enhancement of skills in all areas of development- social, physical, intellectual, creative and emotional will be addressed. Emergent planning will include activities to address all areas of development and incorporate a variety of planned and spontaneous activities. Position Summary:We are looking for strong Educators that are enthusiastic about early childhood education and have a genuine love for working with young children. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child development, be able to create a safe and engaging learning environment, and possess excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's development.- Maintain accurate records and assessments of each child's progress.-Follow curriculum guidelines Qualifications:- Must have at least two years of experience working in different age groups .- Must possess a valid ECE/ ECEA license.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively as part of a teamHow to Apply:If you are passionate about early childhood education and meet the qualifications listed above, we would love to hear from you!
