*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery for snow Clearing Various parking lots *Responsibilities* * Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes. * Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. * Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively and efficiently. * Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on-site. * Assist in building structures or landscapes as required by project specifications. * Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors. * Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery during operation. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with Caterpillar machinery. * Strong mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery and commercial driving is preferred. * Ability to operate various types of equipment including backhoes * Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety standards. * A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications for heavy equipment operation are a plus. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
