*Job Title*: Retail Store Manager *Job Summary*: The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning to meet sales and profitability goals. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. *Key Responsibilities*: * *Manage Daily Operations*: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff coordination. * *Staff Management*: Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff to ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times. * *Sales Targets*: Set sales targets and implement strategies to meet these goals. * *Customer Satisfaction*: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. * *Inventory Management*: Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, and implement purchasing plans. * *Financial Management*: Develop and manage store budgets, maintain financial records, and ensure profitability. * *Store Maintenance*: Ensure the store remains clean, presentable, and adheres to health and safety regulations. * *Promotions and Events*: Plan and execute promotional events or sales to drive traffic and increase sales. * *Market Analysis*: Analyze sales figures, customer behavior, and market trends to anticipate product needs. *Qualifications*: * Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role for minimum 3 - 5 years . * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage and motivate a team. * Proficiency in inventory management and financial planning. * Customer-focused mindset with a passion for retail. *Education*: * A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
