Job Description Reporting to the Director of Finance and leading a team of analysts, the Finance Manager is responsible for all core accounting processes for our long-term care homes. Primary responsibilities include period end close, financial, management and government reporting. The Finance Manager will provide key financial leadership and support for various Business Partners, operations in the nursing homes and senior management. This position will be located at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario and will have flexibility for both remote and in-office work based on our hybrid work model. Accountabilities Period End Close Coordinate, manage and analyze all accounting and operational functions related to period end close activities.
