It supports optimal business engagement through Business Development Activities, marketing and direct client facing supportCustomerProvide comprehensive administrative and marketing support to Estate Planning Advisors (EPA's) day to day operationsProcess new business for EPAs and Investment Advisors Portfolio Managers and Financial planner which are facilitated by the EPAFollow-up and monitor inforce and pending casesMaintain application quality assuranceVerify, witness and settle new insurance policiesProvide policy change (replacement) servicingDeliver ongoing insurance sales support to all advisors within regionKeep the TDWISI Sale Channels informed and up-to-date about the status/progress of projects and/or all relevant or useful information related to day to day activitiesOverall management of the client experience through direct client engagement or support of RM's client engagementInitial stage of risk mitigation oversight for TDWISI to ensure compliant business practicesShareholderPrioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivityConsistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriateProtect the interests of the bank ? identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high risk transactions / activities as necessaryMaintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetiteProactive policy management through oversight and communication of service requirements to protect client interests and conserve block of businessAdhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelinesConduct reporting and / or meaningful analysis at the functional or enterprise level using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, assess the effectiveness of programs/ policies/ practicesUse insights into how the customer or sales team integrates with other teams to coordinate efforts and resources to achieve shared objectivesMonitor service, productivity and assess efficiency levels within own function and implement continuous process / performance improvements where opportunities existsMay lead work streams by acting as a project lead / subject matter expert for small scale projects / initiatives in accordance with project management methodologiesEmployee TeamParticipate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interestSupport the team by continuously enhancing knowledge / expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unitKeep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own teamKeep others informed and up-to-date about the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activitiesContribute to the success of the team by willingly assisting others in the completion and performance of work activities; provide training, coaching and/or guidance as appropriate
