Temporary Full Time until June 27, 2025 Brampton Site (1) Oakville Site (1) 37.5 hours/week Work Arrangement: Community Replacement Position Compensation Range: $43.59 - $51.28/hour Position Summary: School Based Rehabilitation Services (SBRS) provides occupational therapy, speech therapy and physiotherapy to students in publically-funded schools from kindergarten to school exit. SBRS clinicians consult with the school team to enable student participation in the school curriculum and school based activities. Key Responsibilities: Initial assessments, reassessments, goal setting and consultation to the school team and treatment when appropriate. Working collaboratively with the team to determine a service delivery plan for each student. Equipment prescription through the Special Education Amount (SEA) program Documentation of care. Liaising with the school team and parents to book appointments. Providing a Tiered Model of Service- LocationBrampton, ON
