In return, we?ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about.</span></span></p><div><div><div><div><b>Job Summary</b></div> </div><div><p> </p><p>As a <b>Scientist </b>for our <b>Toxicology</b> team located in <b>Laval</b>, you will be responsible for overseeing study conduct of preclinical efficacy and/or toxicology studies. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>In this role, primary <b>responsibilities </b>include:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Function as an independent Study Director in accordance with the applicable Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs);</li><li>Designs, writes, reviews and edits, as necessary, Study Plans, amendments and study schedules that define and schedule all study activities;</li><li>Oversees and coordinates all aspects of study procedures, whether performed within the department or by service departments;</li><li>Ensures that projects are performed according to Standard Operating Procedures and Good Laboratory Practice regulations and is aware of appropriate regulations, guidelines and guidances;</li><li>Writes, reviews, and edits, as necessary, draft or final reports that document all study related procedures and results;</li><li>Prompt verbal or written communication with Sponsors on study related business;</li><li>Oversees and coordinates study conduct (protocol development, technical guidance, and reporting).</li></ul></div></div><div><div><div><b>Key Elements</b></div> </div><div><p> </p><p>We are looking for the following <b>minimum qualifications</b> for this role : </p><p> </p><ul><li>Master?s or Doctorate in Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Toxicology, or any other related discipline;</li><li>Experience in neuroscience and good knowledge of the subject are required;</li><li>Technical certificate in MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) is an asset;</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills; </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills;</li><li>MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) experience is an asset.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Role Specific Information:</b></p><p> </p><ul><li><b>Location</b>: 445 Boul. Armand-Frappier, Laval, QC, H7V 4B3;</li><li><b>Transportation</b>: Free parking. Near the Montmorency Subway.
