Job Description:The Mobile Supervisor responds to sites on an as needed basis and provides supervision, guidance, and assistance to KHSC facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of security supervisor experience in healthcare. This position also requires driving a branded Paladin vehicle between sites. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Proactive & reactive security patrolsResponse to incidentsLiase with Paladin management, the client, and the front-line staffReport writingSchedule/timesheet managementDispatching/DeploymentVehicle management/maintenance requestsSupervising teams between 3 to 10 staff per siteInvestigate routine incidentsParking and smoking enforcement/by-lawsPolicy awareness and enforcementAdditional Duties as AssignedJob Requirements:Must haveValid Security License for the province of OntarioValid First Aid/CPR - Level C from WSIB-approved sourceMinimum 6 months healthcare security experience (or relevant equivalant experience)Proof of CV vaccinationsValid G-level driver's licenseA clean driving abstractMust be able toComplete extensive patrolling of interior and exterior of site (including in inclement weather)Remain calm in emergency situationsFollow and enforce site rules and regulations as set out by both the client and PaladinOperate independently as well as part of a team to complete tasksclean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test Complete reports at the end of shift as well as incident reportsComplete and maintain certification in Stay SafeApplicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's Stay Safe training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position Please be aware: The Stay Safe training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6 month commitment to the position/availability Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an assetMinimum 1 year of previous healthcare security supervisor experience2 years of healthcare security experience (or relevant equivalent experience)Other InformationPaladin Security: Making the World a Safer and Friendlier Place!
