You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical proficiency in various digital tools. *Duties* * Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. * Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. * Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and inquiries; respond promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. * Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns; provide insights and recommendations for improvement. * Proofread all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines. * Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce strategies, and advertising techniques. *Experience* * Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management. * Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or similar platforms. * Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and online consumer behavior. * Experience with graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable. * Be able to create and edit a simple website * Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively. * Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication. * A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.
