*What you'll do:*
* Provide front-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our lending platform, including website, mobile app, and internal systems.
* Identify, document, and escalate recurring technical issues to the development team.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation and knowledge base articles.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer pain points.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the fintech industry.
*Who you are:*
* 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and mobile applications.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
* Knowledge of Canadian lending regulations is a plus.
