Dyson Alarm Tech is in Lindsay ON servicing the Kawartha's, Peterborough, Haliburton and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced fire alarm technician. The technician will be responsible for fire alarm inspections, installation and trouble-shooting. Candidates must be detail-oriented, have effective communication skills and a clean driver abstract. Candidate must be in Ontario. Must have CFAA certification and recent experience. Supervisory and electrical experience an asset. * Installation of devices for fire alarm systems and security systems. * Perform monthly and annual inspections and verifications. * Read and understand schematics and blueprints. * Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair systems * Complete thorough work orders and testing reports. * Rotating on-call services (evenings and weekends). Company vehicle will be used during work hours and a gas card given for personal vehicle. Tool allowance, work boot allowance and health spending account. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $30.42-$32.44 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Automobile allowance * Paid time off Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * On call * Overtime Experience: * fire alarm technician: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: * CFAA (required) Work Location: In person- LocationKawartha Lakes, ON
