*Job Overview* We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service. *Duties* * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions. * Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy. * Provide product demonstrations and assist customers with technology sales. * Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. * Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Manage time efficiently to ensure quick service during peak hours. * Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. * Assist in training new cashiers on POS operations and customer service best practices. *Requirements* * Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred. * Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions. * Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse customers. * Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. * Ability to demonstrate products confidently and engage customers in technology sales. * A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
