*Team Building & Recruiting*
- Partner with management to identify recruitment needs and establish criteria for top-tier sales candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to select the best talent for our evolving team.
- Create a welcoming onboarding experience to set new hires up for success.
*Training & Development*
- Stay ahead of the curve on our product lines, tools, and software to deliver impactful training sessions.
- Develop personalized coaching plans to nurture the unique strengths of each team member.
- Support new sales representatives through their probationary period with constructive feedback and encouragement.
*Coaching & Leadership*
- Set ambitious yet attainable sales quotas in collaboration with leadership.
- Conduct weekly motivational meetings to share insights, review performance, and foster collaboration.
- Empower team members through live coaching during sales calls, ensuring every customer interaction is a success.

- At least 3 years of experience in sales management within a corporate setting.
- A proven track record of success in *sales negotiation and customer service*.
- Exceptional *leadership skills* with the ability to inspire and energize a team.
