We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our practice in Williams Lake, BC on a full-time basis! We are a fully equipped dental office designed for patient comfort and offer a comprehensive list of treatments provided by our experienced staff and state-of-the-art equipment. We have a visiting oral surgeon, endodontist, and periodontist who are able to accommodate our patients without them having to travel for complex treatment. *This is an amazing opportunity to work and learn in an environment that contains all aspects of dentistry!* The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The ideal Associate for our team and practice is motivated to build strong patient relationships and deliver outstanding, consistent treatment as part of a collaborative team. *We are open to new grads! * Located in the heart of central interior BC, Williams Lake offers affordable real estate, numerous recreational activities, and is a haven for natural wildlife ? only an hour flight away from Vancouver, with flights scheduled daily! What we are offering: * RELOCATION BONUS! * High-producing dental practice which means high earning potential * Full-time, permanent position: working 9:00am ? 5:30pm, and once a month, willing to work half days on Saturdays. * Competitive compensation and Continuing Education opportunities * Well-established dental practice with long-term patients * Modern and paperless practice with up-to-date equipment including iTero and CBCT/PAN scanner * Highly skilled and talented team to assist and support you with delivering treatment * Strong organized front desk team to support you with bookings and managing your schedule efficiently * Experienced dental professionals that provide leadership and mentorship so you can learn and grow as a Dentist Compensation: * Associate Dentists are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from *40% of collections* What we are looking for: * *Registered or in the process of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)* * *Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from a University recognized by the BCCOHP or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process. * * *New graduates are welcome! * * 1-2 years of experience practicing dentistry in Canada would be an asset * Must share in our on-call system providing emergency services for those in need (approximately 1 week per month) * Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively as needed * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Motivated to learn and practice dentistry * Demonstrated ability to connect and communicate with a variety of patients and address diversity of patient needs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $94,185.85 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Relocation assistance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Application question(s): * Are you legally entitled to work in Canada? * Are you currently licensed or in the process of licensing with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)? * Are you willing to relocate to Williams Lake, BC with our assistance?
