*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the desire for professional growth with our company. *Duties* * Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Oversee the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. * Ensure accurate account reconciliation and maintain the integrity of the general ledger. * Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely collections and payments. * Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. * Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. * Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage for efficient financial management. * Conduct account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. *Experience* * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. * Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage; experience with payroll systems is a plus. * Demonstrated ability in account reconciliation, budgeting, account analysis, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. * Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. * A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred; CPA certification is a plus.
