*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Physician to join our healthcare team. The Family Physician will provide comprehensive medical care to individuals and families across all ages, genders, and conditions. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong patient relationships, promoting wellness, diagnosing illnesses, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide primary care services, including preventative care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of illnesses and injuries for patients of all ages.
* Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and health assessments.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient history, physical examinations, and clinical findings.
* Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
* Prescribe and administer medications and treatments in line with established guidelines.
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work, imaging, and other relevant investigations.
* Offer counselling and education to patients and families on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyles.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health providers, to ensure coordinated patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using [EMR/EHR system].
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and continuing education activities to ensure best practices.

* Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
* Current and valid license to practice medicine in [Province/State/Country].

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
