*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance options, providing expert advice, and ensuring they find the best policies to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. *Responsibilities* * Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance providers on behalf of clients. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the sales administration system. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, from initial consultation to claims assistance. * Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote insurance products. * Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs. *Skills* * RIBO license an asset. * Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. * Experience in retail sales is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of client engagement strategies. * Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment. * A proactive approach to market research and identifying new business opportunities.
