If you have experience with *heavy-duty parts*, a drive to learn, and a passion for organization and customer service, this is the role for you! *The Details:* *Shift:* Monday - Friday, 8 AM ? 5 PM *Location:* Lethbridge Foothills Group Shop 4310 9th Ave N Lethbridge AB *What We?re Looking For:* ? *Heavy Duty Parts Experience* ? You know your parts, inside and out. ? *Commitment to Learn* ? A willingness to grow and master your role. ? *Valid Driver?s License* ? You?re ready to hit the road when needed. ? *Time Management Skills* ? Work under pressure, meet deadlines, and keep things moving. ? *Tech-Savvy* ? Comfortable with email, internet searches, and basic computer tasks. *These are Assets (But Not Required):* ? *Parts Technician Ticket* or actively pursuing the designation. ? *Forklift License* ? Be ready to take charge of moving parts and inventory. ? *Materials Management Systems* ? If you?ve got this down, we?re impressed! ? *Technical Knowledge* ? A strong understanding of parts, systems, and inventory management. ? *Excellent Communication Skills* ? You can keep things clear, organized, and professional. *What You?ll Be Doing:* * *Inventory Management:* Shipping, receiving, restocking, and organizing parts. * *Stock Control:* Set min/max levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records. * *Customer Support:* Help customers and technicians find, select, and price parts efficiently and professionally (automotive, heavy-duty, and equipment). * *Order Fulfillment:* Pull and fill orders while keeping everyone updated on arrivals and delays. * *Forklift Operation:* Move and manage stock safely. * *Communication:* Respond to parts inquiries via phone, email, or in-person while maintaining accurate records of discussions with customers and vendors. *Why You?ll Love Working with Us:* *Supportive Environment* ?
