*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in the maintenance, repair, and installation of refrigeration systems. This role requires a solid understanding of HVAC systems, schematics, and the ability to troubleshoot various refrigeration issues effectively. If you are passionate about working with refrigeration technology and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Maintain and repair refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance. * Weld components as necessary to fix or enhance system integrity. * Boil and test refrigerants according to safety standards. * Conduct appliance repairs related to refrigeration units. * Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting and installation purposes. * Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. * Collaborate with team members on HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. * Plumb refrigeration lines as required for new installations or repairs. * Build and install new refrigeration systems in accordance with specifications. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems. * Familiarity with welding techniques and plumbing practices related to refrigeration. * Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
