Our Head Office is located in Burnaby, B.C. We specialize in private label snacks foods. True to our commitment to excellence, we are continuously looking for outstanding individuals to add to our successful team. *Position Summary:* We are currently seeking an *Executive Assistant* for our Head Office. This opportunity is well-suited for an individual who is seeking to build a solid career with a long established and proven company. Being in the food manufacturing industry we are considered to be an essential service and can offer greater stability and continuity throughout any economic cycle. Our office is readily accessible via public transit which is a close walk from the Production Way Skytrain Station. *Requirements:* · Minimum of 2-3 year of administrative, supervisory or managerial experience in a charitable organization (mandatory). · Minimum of a college or university degree. . Excellent and proven analytical and time management skills. · Good verbal and written communication skills. · Detail oriented, proficient in multi-tasking and well organized. *.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point. · Knowledge & understanding of ERP systems will be a definite asset. *Compensation:* · Excellent and comprehensive extended health care, dental and vision plans, MSP and Life Insurance. · Remuneration will be based on qualifications and experience.
