 Worker Type:Term (Fixed Term) Language(s) Required:English Term Duration (in months):12 Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$60,334 - $81,630 Loan administration experience neededCoach the team responsible for processing complex loan administration transactions.You’ll coordinate workload for the team and ensure the integrity of customer and loan security data and documentation. What you’ll do: Analyze and process complex loan administration transactionsCoach, support and train Loan Administration TechniciansCoordinate workload for the teamProvide direction on policies and procedures to internal and external partners, including responding to inquiries What we’re looking for:Analytical thinker with the ability to evaluate complex transactionsStrong leader able to coach team membersOrganized problem solver with strong attention to detailStrong communicator able to work with internal and external customers What you’ll need:A two-year diploma or certificate in a related field, or secondary school plus one year of specialized studies in a related field, and one year of experience; or secondary school plus at least two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExtensive knowledge of loan administration practices, policies and proceduresKnowledge of collateral documentation and provincial real property and personal property registry requirements- LocationMoncton, NB
