Salary:The salary range for this position is CAD $42.56/Hr. - CAD $52.95/Hr.Summary: Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, and receiving professional practice leadership and support from the Professional Practice Leader, Physiotherapy, this position supports the interdisciplinary Hope to Health Team (which also includes social workers, nursing, psychologists, physicians, pharmacists, etc.) in achieving program and patient goals. This includes providing evidence based clinical assessment, treatment and education grounded in physiotherapy theory and relevant post-graduate studies to outpatients with movement dysfunction, musculoskeletal and chronic/complex pain issues within a group setting and/or on an individual basis. Provides leadership and expertise in the evaluation and treatment of physical functioning/abilities, provides a therapeutic environment and self-management education, monitors patient outcomes and- LocationVancouver, BC
