Salary:The salary range for this position is CAD $41.42/Hr. - CAD $55.91/Hr.Summary:As a Staff Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure patients/residents receive comprehensive support. Your responsibilities will include: Assess patients' physical, social, spiritual, and psychological needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Incorporate teaching into care plans to educate patients and families. Make referrals to resources as needed. Support fellow healthcare professionals. Operate within the framework of Providence Health Care's mission, vision, and values. What You Bring:Education: Current practicing registration as a BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) Completion of a post graduate critical care course or one year of recent critical care experience Skills and Abilities: Effective verbal and written- LocationVancouver, BC
