*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. *Duties* * Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and equipment. * Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. * Operate basic construction machinery and tools under supervision. * Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety regulations. * Report any safety hazards or issues to supervisors immediately. * Tile, kitchens, Bathrooms, hardwood, Railings, painting and custom finishing work are just some of the things we tackle. *Experience* * Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus. * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team is essential. * Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). * Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * construction: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Class 5 Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationMidale, SK
