The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Lead the design and implementation of complex mobile applications using Flutter and Dart</p></li><li><p>Develop robust, efficient, and maintainable code</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional mobile experiences</p></li><li><p>Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user interactions</p></li><li><p>Implement advanced state management solutions using providers, bloc, or other modern Flutter patterns</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile application deployment</p></li><li><p>Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers</p></li><li><p>Integrate complex backend services and APIs</p></li><li><p>Implement advanced features like offline support, push notifications, and real-time updates</p></li><li><p>Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsive design</p></li><li><p>Contribute to test automation, ensuring collaboration with QA colleagues.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in mobile software development</p></li><li><p>Significant understanding of Flutter framework and Dart programming language.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of mobile app design UX Design patterns.</p></li><li><p>Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.</p></li><li><p>Experience with version control systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience with ?iOS native? and ?Android native?.</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work with both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Continuous learning mindset.</p></li><li><p>Ability to mentor and guide junior developers and help grow the team around you.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>By joining the RONA family, you?ll enjoy many benefits, such as:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>A childcare centre that can accommodate up to 78 children (Remove if not applicable)</p></li><li><p>A cafeteria with a delicious menu prepared by a dedicated chef, healthy options, as well as FARO Roasting Houses and Tim Hortons coffee stations</p></li><li><p>Electric car charging stations</p></li><li><p>A fitness centre, sports activities, and showers</p></li><li><p><span>Exclusive employee dis- LocationBoucherville, QC
