*Brand New Life Style Retail Store located in Vancouver * *Job Overview?* * A brand new Life Style Retail Store specializing in Asian Tea Ware & Incense, Jewelry, and Furniture is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Store Manager to lead the store operations and marketing. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, provide customer service, create and manage marketing campaigns, and maintain the store?s aesthetic. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in retail management, marketing strategies and leadership skills, who is eager to create an inspiring shopping experience. *Key Responsibilities:* * Oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, sales management, and inventory control. * Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding customer experience. * Provide expert product advice, and maintain relationships with customers and ensure high service standards. * Manage store displays and maintain an elegant, organized store environment. * Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations. * Coordinate store marketing efforts, including creating content for social media and photography as required. *Requirements*: * *5+ years of relevant experience* in retail management, preferably in luxury or specialty goods. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. * Fluent in Mandarin and English * Proven ability to manage a team, online/offline marketing and deliver sales results. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. *Salary:* The salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
