Contractor/Trade Sales, Distribution, and Head Office<br><br>Job description:<br><br>Reporting to the Inventory & merchandising Manager, the night Manager occupies a critical position enabling the organization to achieve its objectives. Having a background in inventory and/or merchandising, the desired candidate is ambitious, eager for success and results, has inventory and/or merchandising experience, management experience, the ability to execute inventory & merchandising daily operations, leads and motivate the night stock team and ultimately demonstrates a passion for the tool industry. Demonstrating a desire to achieve high levels of standards, the night stock Lead has a need to elevate customer service experience by following establish procedures. The quality of customer service and the customer experience is his first priority. <br><br>Main responsibilities:<br><br>? Demonstrate daily management skills to support and motivate the inventory & merchandising team. <br>? Manage team priority to bring merchandises to cash station with efficiency for customers.<br>? Move merchandise from Warehouse/receiving to the floor and overstocks areas with the team.<br>? Sales oriented, he has the ability to make the merchandise attractive and easy to shop for customers in order to fulfill purchaser needs.<br>? Have the ability to plan team tasks according to management needs.<br>? Validate tool types reports for pricing accuracy and assigning homes for inventory.<br>? Will be preparing/printing and installing price tags and promotions.<br>? Easy to work with and collaborative.<br>? Ensure company standards are followed by the team regarding inventory management and price tagging.<br>? All other tasks ask by management team.<br><br>Experience<br><br>? All inventory & merchandising experience will be considered.<br>? All management experience will be considered.<br>? Must be interested in the tool industry, knowledgeable will be consider as an asset.<br>? Must have the ability to work in an organized manner, have a work ethic where judgment, logical reasoning and initiative are advocated and used daily.<br>? Inventory management knowledge will be considered as an asset.<br>? Must be able to adapt to changes, delays, and unforeseen events in a positive and professional manner.<br>? Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.<br><br>Skills<br><br>? High rigor towards inventory management.<br>? Excellent attention to detail.<br>? Excellent ability to follow work procedures<br>? Ability and thirst for continuous learning<br>? Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.<br>? Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.<br>? Ability to achieve one or more objectives in a context of short deadlines.<br>? Training in management or inventory & merchandising management is consider as an asset.<br><br>This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours/week, the 5-day work week includes 2 days off per week, Sunday (closed) and one day dur- LocationSaint-Jérôme, QC
