Overview: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in the food industry. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for meal preparation and ensuring food safety in a fast-paced kitchen environment. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a restaurant setting, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and portion sizes - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Adhere to all health and safety regulations - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Monitor food quality and presentation - Collaborate with servers and other kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: - Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: All positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
