*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Line Cook, you will work closely with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
* Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
* Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
* Collaborate with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
* Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
*Skills*
* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.
* A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new culinary skills.
* Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 ? 45 per week
