*Duties*
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets to achieve growth objectives.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on progress.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management from initiation to completion.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
* Monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies and make necessary adjustments.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong focus on customer relationship management.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients at all levels.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
* A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
