Join our team and be at the heart of daily innovative product development.</p><p><strong><em>Faction Bike Studio</em></strong> is looking for an <strong>electrical engineer </strong>to join its product development team. Do you have ideas and expertise that you would like to share? Great! We?d like to benefit from your know-how while we help you improve.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a reference for technical questions within the internal team.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of the project, from concept to production, while optimizing teamwork.</li><li>Clearly define integration guidelines to support implementation across teams.</li><li>Collaborate with the client to ensure all components function properly with the frame.</li><li>Mentor and share knowledge in the team's areas of expertise.</li><li>Exceed client expectations on projects while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Conduct technical design reviews and risk assessments to provide recommendations.</li><li>Participate in project definition with the manager to offer technical advice and establish trade-offs between functionality and objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience.</li><li>Previously held a role demonstrating autonomy within a company.</li><li>Bachelor?s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.</li><li>Knowledge of embedded electrical systems on bicycles (batteries, motor, controller).</li><li>Familiarity with the supply chain of electrical components.</li><li>Strong organizational and teamwork skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Passion for cycling is an asset.</li></ul><p><strong></strong><span>Want to learn more about our company? <br>https://enduro-mtb.com/en/faction-bike-studio-visit/<br>https://podcasts.apple.com/ca/podcast/épisode-21-faction-bike-studio/id1709303099?i=1000653053269 <br><br></span></p><p><strong>Apply now at: job@factionbikestudio.com</strong></p><p><span></span>Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.<br>Possibility of telework two days a week.<br><br>The closing date for applications is <strong>January 17th 2025</strong></p><p></p>- LocationGranby, QC
