They are designed specifically for the rigorous use by law enforcement, paramedic, military, and firefighting professionals. *The Position* _*Responsibilities:*_ * Represent the company as the first point of contact. Be friendly, helpful, and engaging when providing a one of a kind in-store experience to each customer based on their needs * Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining professional store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation * Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable and up to date on all products offered in-store and online * Ability to work individually or as a team depending on the task at hand * Contribute to a safe, positive and respectful work environment * Responsible for shipping and receiving day to day orders _*Requirements:*_ * 1 year of retail experience is required * Being dependable and showing up to work on time each day * Conducts oneself in a professional manner * Completes all tasks in a timely fashion with minimal supervision * Works well independently and as part of a team * Passion to keep learning, growing and adapting * Must be able to work within the hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and 10am-4pm on Saturday, shifts may vary.
